sticky is made if a topic is quite interesting, useful and fun
for the member
of course it must be watched and replays by many members
so admin can make it sticky
members can suggest a topic as a sticky
but admin is the one who decide rather the topic can be sticky or not

pliz don't fight becoz of "sticky"
my head is feeling sticky also

By the way why the sticky picture didn't change when it is locked?
i become confused. It's a waste of time go in there n it was locked...
So i SUGGEST admin to change the pic.

For general icon, i don't think it need to be changed, except that locked sticky.
But for the banner, yes, please change it right away, coz it's suck seeing naruto looks at me every time i open the forum.
N i don't like that 2 sasuke too.. Too much.. Hahaha...
