School uniform...needed or not??

i neve left it in my drawer though..

back 2 topic..
uniforms are very expensive and have no value or
chance of use outside school...

then..
unfortunately,uniforms also help the students to stand out 2 other ppl as well..
fights like 'tawuran' are frequently picked between pupils from different school
who recognised each other's uniform...

more between college student who dont wear uniform

a. Everyone may look the same even if there's the rich, the poor ETC (i think is a wise choise)
b. As a academic symbol
c. Uniform looks Kawaii !!

i think we need the school uniform especially for those who goes home with public transportation...
because school uniform can decrease our charge to the driver.
and school uniform can tell the quality of one school. if the user wear it in a wrong way, then we can tell that the school has a bad quality. cause they don't care when the students wear it untidy.
the best quality of a school can be showed by how the students wear the uniform

Uniform makes students very identifiable and emphasises the divisions between schools...
making it very easy for bullying and fights to develop between students from rival institutions as they travel to and from school...
